A charming berrichonne-style bouchon that enthusiastically combines terroir and bistro recipes: hot goat's cheese salad, snails, tripe with reuilly sauce, duck confit with trumpets, veal kidneys berrichonne-style... At Julien Marchès, the atmosphere is just right, the desserts are as expected - rice pudding, baba, apple tart - and you can always find the right gorgeon for your budget.
