Epicurean and traveler, Anna Prin transcribes her culinary experiences in her world-flavored dishes. Based near Quimper, in southern Brittany, in an old house that she has redecorated in her image, both chic and bohemian, she welcomes you indoors or out on the terrace whenever the Breton weather permits. Her menu is reinvented every two weeks, with themes as eclectic as her current inspiration: Breton crepes, Asia, the Orient... according to the spices she brings back in her suitcases, or more classic themes with fish, meat or vegetarian proposals.
