Claire and David Le Corre's restaurant is a safe, quiet stopover. When it comes to revisiting classic Burgundian cuisine, the chef has a good hand and the know-how to revise the references: œuf meurette à l'irancy, filet de pérre beurre blanc au crémant, fricassée de rognons flambé au porto à la moutarde de Beaune... And for a more modern spirit, there are salads, burgers and even pizzas.
