Perched above the port of Cherbourg, situated on the swing bridge and overlooking the comings and goings of the boats, Le Pily couldn’t have asked for a better setting to showcase its seafood cuisine. Chef Pierre Marion devotes all his talents to showcasing local flavors, which he presents with a decidedly modern flair, both at the table and on the plate. His current inspirations and recipes are featured in two “hidden” menus priced at €72 and €104, where his technical skill and creativity truly highlight the finest ingredients. Lydie provides a very warm welcome.
