Gourmet Restaurant
The history of the Dukes of Burgundy unfolds in the sumptuous setting of Place de la Libération. This whets the appetite to savor a cuisine of circumstance, now logically turned into a brasserie to please tourists of all tastes, while retaining the Burgundian spirit: eggs with Berthaut epoisses cream, parsley ham with old-fashioned mustard, sea bream plancha with Noilly Prat sauce, pork chuck with carbonade sauce, namelaka with flower honey and thyme crumble in a well-turned-out menu at 39 €. Lunch menu €28, extensive à la carte menu and well-stocked wine cellar.
