A good table for a taste of the region, solid and regular. Emilie and Sébastien Eyraud take good care of their work tool, the view of the region through the bay windows is pleasant, and the chef has no shortage of initiatives or ideas to improve the ordinary. Variations on frogs, steamed pork ravioli with gambas and peas, a "killer burger" with truffle and beaufort cheese - all are ways to stand out from the crowd, while still retaining their gourmet appeal. In the "Tradi" section, a good lunch menu at €22.
