The address is discreet, not far from rue Saint-Pont, but the faithful are always there, for this traditional and regular table. On the €37 menu, eggs with Epoisses cream, foie gras and smoked duck salad, grilled salmon pavé meunière, Chablis-style ham, andouillette 5A au gratin with chaource, crème brûlée with cassonnade. Regional cellar.
