Gourmet Restaurant
Norman chef Hervé Gerdelat took over this Aveyron institution in 2024, with his wife Sonia in charge of the dining room. In this bastide with its superb place settings, the couple modernized the interior by removing the white tablecloths. In the kitchen, multiple compositions on the chosen theme, such as crab served with its flan and crispy satellite tube, or Aveyron lamb served with a socca. The strawberry dessert, served in a variety of ways, tends towards sweetness and lacks texture. The service is pleasant, but the wines by the glass are a little expensive and come from a limited wine list that includes wines from Aveyron as well as from the major regions of France.
