Remarkable Restaurant

There’s been some changes at Taillevent with the departure of Giuliano Sperandio, which had been planned for quite some time and finally took place this summer. We already know the name of his successor, the excellent Philip Chronopoulos, who delighted us at the Palais-Royal. With the new maître d’hôtel, Stéphane Aignel, this is sure to bring a fresh perspective and will be the highlight of the fall—something we’ll be discussing again very soon.
