The team is also staying on, ensuring continuity in both service and cuisine, with a regional flair that’s as vibrant as ever. The €40 set menu is a good mid-range option, featuring eggs en meurette, Burgundy snails with snail butter, a grilled fish fillet, creamy peas, sautéed fennel with chorizo and ricotta, coq au vin with red wine and fresh pasta, and a Marc de Bourgogne ice cream parfait with fruit coulis.
