Remarkable Restaurant
Seventh floor, with a view of the Paris rooftops, facing the Seine, the Panthéon, the Louvre, Les Invalides, the Eiffel Tower... Le Tout-Paris is a celebration of chic and good taste centered around a seasonal menu that brings nothing but good news. The eighty guests at each seating—including the lucky few on the terrace—are Parisians, visitors from the provinces, and foreigners, all coming together for one evening to enjoy this parade of culinary delights, blending tradition, fashion, ready-to-wear, and haute couture. Because, of course, behind the smiles and the ease, there’s an entire team hard at work to ensure the evening is a success. The menu is extensive, but every ingredient is carefully crafted behind an apparent simplicity: the green bean and stracciatella tartlet, the perfectly cooked lamb with piquillo pepper jus and candied lemon—which can be paired, for example, with a lovely Provençal tian—before a light and flavorful peach charlotte. A lovely “Buissonnière” menu at 175 € perfectly captures this “Tout Paris” spirit; the wine list is diverse and extensive, featuring wines by the glass, a “region of the month” (Champagne the other day…), and wines from near and far.
