In terms of location and comfort, the Casino restaurant offers a certain exclusivity, with its dining room overlooking the beach—a spot well known to all Dieppe residents but one that still retains its charm. The menu is simple, in keeping with the times, and expertly executed—for example, the “Le Trèfle” menu features grilled sardines on focaccia with cider-whipped butter, fish fillet with coconut-curry cream, and a blueberry pavlova with light lavender cream… A full menu with a wide selection of desserts, served at just the right pace.
