Remarkable Restaurant
This is one of the most beautiful and inviting homes in the Périgord, offering a lavish stay that perfectly captures the regional spirit. Whether in the opulent dining room or on the terrace overlooking the French gardens, the atmosphere is as much about the good life as it is about fine dining. Chef Vincent Arnould’s exquisite creations have earned him three prestigious toques, featuring foie gras with a delicate floral jelly, honey, and Monbazillac; maigre fish tartare with Osciètre caviar; chicken supreme with local crayfish; and a soufflé made with aged Souillac plums—all featured on a mouthwatering à la carte menu, though the set menus also have their charms. A well-stocked wine cellar for the region (Bergerac), though naturally the focus is on the great Bordeaux wines.
