Mediterranean cuisine ("from Italy to Catalonia") and fine wines: a simple program that has been well implemented since the creation of this address in the heart of town. Good use of and ideas for seasonal produce, especially early arrivals: fennel with tomato sauce and black olives, scallops with chorizo and Noilly sauce, celery tatin, beer-braised pig's cheek, pavlova apple caramel calvados vanilla ice cream. Low prices, good smiling service.
