A good chef in the kitchen, a quality relay in the dining room, taste and technique in a beautiful daily inspiration, that's why Les Arpents sweeps the city's votes and deserves every year an improving grade. The owner's partner in the dining room maintains the good mood with efficiency, and supervises a well-honed service, the good bread comes from the bakery next door and gourmandise is in the driver's seat. With the black pudding tart with Séchouan pepper and pear, the veal in two ways with its piece of tongue, the good rice pudding and parsnip texture. It's a well-thought-out, well-executed service, with a well-informed and well-advised cellar, and an excellent price-pleasure ratio for this €42 menu.
