Just a few minutes from the town center, this 3* hotel-restaurant is an excellent base for exploring the Jura wine route. The beautiful bourgeois house is also home to a fine dining room, where you can enjoy regional dishes as well as more contemporary recipes. On the menu: asparagus and hay-smoked egg yolk, beurre blanc with liquorice, fillet and stuffing of mullet with leeks, iodized condiment, shellfish, potatoes and buckwheat, classic farmhouse poultry with morels and yellow wine, morel cromesquis... An excellent cellar with over 1,500 references recommended by head sommelier Philippe Troussard, Meilleur ouvrier de France 2015.
