Constant efforts to offer refined, thoughtfully crafted dishes that are in tune with the times, within a popular “bistronomic” menu. While there are a few trendy touches, the execution is meticulous—whether it’s the octopus rosette with hummus and mint cream, the sea bass fillet with tomato and homemade pesto, or the linguine vongole from a concise and well-curated menu. A small selection of desserts follows the same theme, including apricot-speculoos cheesecake and a “deconstructed” lemon tart.
