A solid, consistent table, unanimously acclaimed by its clientele. Fair prices, meticulous service, one of the best deals outside the ramparts: fish soup, compressed rabbit with foie gras, seafood sauerkraut, low-temperature pork chuck in a good €33 menu with a wide choice of classic desserts. Local seafood and oyster menu.
