The magnificent, authentic chalet decor alone is reason enough to cocoon, for lunch or dinner. To put it simply, the Sibuet family's beautiful home offers a mountain brasserie menu that's easy to read for an international clientele, a nibbles section to share, a more traditional section with starters and main courses, a cart of mini-pastries (tarts, choux, entremets...) for dessert, a 100€ bill that's soon gone, and a little more with the spits in the evening, in an atmosphere of cosseted softness thanks to a large, not always well-coordinated, but dedicated and very smiling staff. In the absence of feats that we don't ask of him, the chef takes great care with his cooking (the Arctic char is perfect), his purées and his classic sauces, and all is well. Cellar adapted to the situation, châteaux and grands domaines, and wines from the estate in the Luberon.
