Gourmet Restaurant
Another restaurant run by the Trincaz family, this chalet on the Swiss border delivers on all fronts, with excellent hospitality, a cozy, family-friendly atmosphere, and well-crafted cuisine that combines high-quality ingredients with classic mountain dishes. Claude Trincaz does a superb job: burrata from Puglia, multicolored tomatoes, and fresh basil; pan-seared perch fillets in brown butter, thin-cut fries, and a green salad; berthoud; tartiflette; verbena crème brûlée; and blueberry sorbet. Menu at €59.
