Resistance fighters true to their principles on Rue de la Fidélité, in an old-fashioned setting with beautiful tile flooring. Space is a bit tight at the small tables, but the cuisine is generous and varied: veal ravioli del plin with Léon wheat, Swiss chard, and garlic cream; grilled octopus with glazed beets, Swiss chard stems, and a fish stock emulsion; and cheesecake with Corsican orange marmalade and fromage blanc. Prices are consistent, and the wine cellar is well-stocked.
