A sort of Norman “Sénéquier,” Les Vapeurs is without a doubt the most legendary restaurant in Deauville-Trouville, with its instantly recognizable yellow facade and its tall, arrow-shaped neon sign. Timeless and unflappable, this 1927 establishment still holds its supreme position on the waterfront, renowned for its many specialties, its fish, and its meat dishes, all prepared with genuine care. Choose from a wide selection, including onion gratin, Niçoise salad, oysters from the Chausey Islands, flounder meunière, steamed cod on a bed of spinach, grilled lamb chops, or sauerkraut with pork shank. The service runs like clockwork.
