Gault&Millau's review 2026

A thriving neo-bistrot whose well-deserved success shows no signs of waning. The service has even improved—it’s now more cheerful and welcoming—while the cuisine continues to be lively, less sophisticated, and refreshingly simple: beef tartare and razor clams in parsley sauce, tuna pressed with tomato and ratatouille jus, and pressed chicken thigh with braised onions and hazelnuts. A few dishes to share (rib eye, Wagyu, sole meunière…) and reasonably priced desserts (chocolate with buckwheat ice cream, peanut île flottante…).
