This magnificent building on the Place de la Révolution, once a granary and conservatory, now houses a fine branch of the Maison Loiseau on the first floor. The beautiful vaulted dining room is impressive, while the cuisine is classic and generous, with great regional and French recipes, as a tribute to our heritage. The format is more bistro-like, with light manners and a lively atmosphere, while the plates express true savoir-faire. These are anthology dishes in copious portions: beautiful mushroom crust with herbs and soft-boiled egg, yellow wine sauce, a memorable poule au pot, served in a casserole and impeccably cooked, blanquette-style sauce and baby vegetables, mashed potatoes, cancoillotte and garlic. Finally, the crème brûlée with yellow wine, both exemplary and well revisited. The cellar selection is very tight and at the same time very complete, with references from all over eastern France, from Alsace to Tavel, including of course Jura and Champagne.
