Just across from the train station, Made in Café is the ultimate contemporary brasserie, a vast space with clean lines, light wood tables and Scandinavian seating, stripped-down decor and efficient cuisine. The menu aims high, and fast: salmon gravelax, poultry liver terrine, salmon pavé, duck parmentier with morel mushrooms. Classic desserts.
