Modernity and a wide choice in this modern brasserie, a little Occitan, a little Lyonnais, a little Mediterranean, next to the Halles Castellane, between the day's menu (salmon pavé beurre blanc, homemade cassoulet...) and the vast menu where you can pick and choose according to your hunger: salads, pâté croûte, snails, quenelle lyonnaise, andouillette de Troyes, lamb mouse, rum baba.
