A large terrace and a kitchen that opens up to the world make Denny Imbroisi’s restaurant a place that remains as welcoming and warm as ever. The dishes showcase an engaging creativity, evolving with the seasons and presenting beautifully crafted compositions. This season, diners can rediscover chakchouka with candied red peppers and a sunny-side-up egg, grilled octopus with potato and celery purée, garlic spinach, harissa chimichurri, charcoal-grilled lamb shank with creamy polenta and a robust gravy, and a rum baba with mascarpone, caramel, dried fruit, and caramelized oranges.
