The Batignolles location of the Big Mamma group is a lively and welcoming trattoria on a corner street, covered in ivy. The concept works just as well here as elsewhere: traceable, carefully sourced ingredients, meticulous preparation, and efficient service to accommodate the daily crowd that gathers on the sidewalk. The pasta is exceptionally well-made, especially the classics: cacio e pepe, paccheri al ragu, spaghetti vongole…
