Chef's Restaurant
Clinging to the côte de Granit rose, facing the sea, the Manoir de Lan Kerellec is a magnificent early-20ᵉ century building, imagined by painter Pierre Gervais. A 4* Relais & Châteaux hotel, the establishment boasts a very high standard, offering breathtaking views of the islands, elegant rooms, and some of the most engaging gastronomic dining in the region, under the direction of chef Anthony Avoine. In a unique dining room with a ship's hull-shaped roof structure, you'll enjoy dishes that pay homage to the ocean, with a sure touch of savoir-faire and a broad vision, drawing on both tradition and modern ideas. On the menu: langoustines just stiffened, ravioli with Roscoff onions, sherry and coffee-infused oil, soft-cooked turbot, grenailles cooked with cockles, samphire and sea lettuce, buckwheat and passion fruit craquant, lemongrass passion juice, or paris-brest, grilled hazelnut and ribot milk. Impeccable service.
