Gault&Millau's review 2026

Last year's delightful discovery confirmed the two toques this year, with a certain finesse and discretion for Louis and Léa. The area is quiet, the dining room pleasant and the menu clear. The evening card menu varies according to the number of dishes: gnocchi with walnuts, garlic and watercress in an oxidative wine sauce, brill with lentils in ink and sweet spice juice, Red Mayan chocolate with milk flower and buckwheat. Never banal, a gesture, an attention, personality everywhere and expressed with talent.
