Located just a stone’s throw from the market halls, this unique restaurant is an ode to the flavors of Eastern Europe, brought to life by Piotr Korzen, winner of the Gault&Millau award. His beautiful, minimalist restaurant offers a chance to discover a personal and contemporary take on Polish cuisine, brimming with ingenuity. We appreciate the precision of the dishes, which are as meticulously plated as they are expertly cooked and seasoned. We return for the matjes herring from Kaviari, white asparagus, horseradish, and bread crumble; the crispy, confit trout; kopytka, crunchy radishes, kefir, and wild garlic; the must-try pierogi filled with fresh cow’s milk cheese, grilled onions, herb vinaigrette, lemon, Roscoff onions, and peas, and a sernik, a Polish cottage cheese cake.
