The long Rue Fondaudège is full of riches, as demonstrated by this regular and attractive table. For the past seven years, Léo Forget, who was spotted by Gault&Millau during Gagnaire's time at Gordes, has never ceased to amaze us with his ease, mastery and sense of the times. No excessive lyricism, no frills, but the spirit of sharing in bistro mode, a lunch menu at €29, delicious evening dishes: pressé of foie gras smoked eel apple chutney, sea bream carpaccio tzatziki of black radish with herbs, pan-fried txistorra breuil and green spinach jus, chicken leg confit hummus beans with chimichurri sauce... Desserts just as clever, a contained budget for a lovely friendly evening, with a rich proposal of accompaniments, wine and others.
