Of course, as is the case everywhere in Paris, octopus is on the menu, but here it’s served in a terrine with pork, and—frankly—for a well-located restaurant near the Sacré-Cœur, the young chef goes the extra mile to give the place its own personality and flair. This is evident in the ambiance and decor as well as on the plate—fresh and seasonal dishes like the tomato and peach salad with gazpacho sorbet, veal loin with grilled peppers and veal jus infused with marjoram, and the blueberry tart with yogurt and lemon ice cream.
