While it’s difficult to secure a reservation, the experience is always well worth the effort, thanks to the sleek, intimate setting and the fusion cuisine through which the chef reveals all his inspirations. The 15- and 25-course menus are true journeys around the world—spanning Japan, Africa, and France—an eclectic blend that’s perfectly balanced and underpinned by true culinary skill. We also commend the quality of the service and hospitality.
