Gourmet Restaurant
Just above Rue Sainte and Place aux Huiles, this long Lebanese restaurant is as trendy as it is warm, with a smiling, enthusiastic owner, a travel-friendly menu that's sure to please, and contemporary music to set the mood. Dishes revisit Lebanese cuisine with a pleasing contemporary twist: a nice roasted butternut with sweet harissa and spices, salted yoghurt, then the classic rice adjej, cooked in chicken broth, shredded free-range chicken thigh, sautéed broccoli, pine nuts and cashew nuts, finally a classic osmaliyeh, rice pudding with orange blossom. Good service.
