A bistronomic restaurant slightly removed from the city center, where Emily and Cyrille offer a cuisine with exotic accents. The chef defends a fine technique and his ideas are in tune with the times. The seasonal menu includes chicken-coconut soup, onion, ginger, green curry, coconut milk, chicken stock, lime and combawa, white mushrooms and poultry moelleux, pork pluma as a petit salé, barbecue sauce, lentil ragout au jus and cooked seasonal vegetables, pineapple dessert, coconut cream, roasted pineapple, lime siphon, shaved speculoos and grated coconut.
