Located behind the train station, Marine and Gwenaël's establishment offers a contemporary vision of Breton cuisine, well represented in its terroir. The chef cut his teeth in the south of France, in Toulouse and Lorgues with Bruno, before finding his niche here in the Côtes-d'Armor. We appreciate the seriousness of his execution and the way he showcases the product: a pig marble with duck foie gras, pear and beet ketchup, scallops from the Bay of Saint-Brieuc roasted in butter, langoustine bisque and petit épeautre, low-temperature chicken breast stuffed with Saint-Donan tomme, creamy Jerusalem artichoke and smoked garlic jus, pineapple confit with bourbon vanilla, Earl Grey espuma and mango sorbet. Menus from €19.50 to €63.
