This French pizzeria has made a bold statement with a reimagined, locally adapted recipe, where local ingredients not only serve the famous Italian recipe but even transform its very foundations. The result is quite delightful, with bases made from mushroom cream or Isigny cream, for example, topped—depending on your preference—with aged Mimolette, dry-cured Savoy ham, Fourme d’Ambert, Sainte-Maure ash-coated goat cheese, spinach, smoked Montbéliard sausage, or even Béarn sausage with Espelette pepper!
