On a quiet little square in the heart of town, a relaxed table where the cuisine shows a certain originality in its combinations of well-chosen seasonal products at modest prices: scallops with broccoli and coral salt, red mullet cooked minute with pumpkin and citrus nectar, Ventoux pork with caeserade (chickpea purée) and fig tree pesto... The same effort goes into the dessert (creamy lemon gel with limoncello), with local wines.
