We predicted it when it was born five years ago: this Umbrella is built to last and withstand the elements, thanks to its regularity and the fine, personal dishes of chef Chern Hwei Gan. With a certain modesty, the journey continues at the end of rue Monge, thanks to a short à la carte menu where you can adapt the menu to suit your appetite, in 2 to 5 courses and from €29 to €44: beef haricots blancs citron vert nuoc mam, saithe lentils curry, Iberian pork sweet potato green asparagus, croissant perdu strawberries ginger... Good choice of wine by the glass, five-course tasting menu in the evening for €59.
