Gault&Millau's review 2026

15/20
Remarkable Restaurant
Yannick Alléno has breathed new life into this segment of Paris’s festive dining scene—which had been resting on its laurels from a bygone era—by infusing it with a 21st-century spirit. With his Pavyllon restaurants—which enjoy equal success in Monaco and London— he’s modernizing the French model and rekindling in Parisians—and, of course, tourists—the desire to “go out in Paris” and find an elegant restaurant with a wonderful, open menu where chefs are hard at work to delight their guests. Pavyllon Paris embodies all of this within the exclusive setting of the Pavillon Ledoyen, surrounded by greenery between the Place de la Concorde and the Grand Palais, blending symbols of prestige (caviar, lobster, wagyu…), French or Italian tradition (Milanese cheese soufflé, prosciutto and melon, saltimbocca, risotto…), and a few contemporary touches. A fine four-course menu for 145 €, with an extensive wine list.
