The upscale version of the Pierre Sang restaurants remains a popular destination in the heart of the district, thanks to its cool atmosphere and striking style—both personal and laid-back. It has the feel of a wine bar, with its beautiful cabinets and soft lighting, surrounding the chef’s kitchen—which offers a more elaborate menu here than at the Oberkampf location, featuring four- or six-course meals. To complement the meal, there’s an impressive wine cellar with over a hundred hand-selected wines.
