A truly good bistro in the city of aniseed and the land of good wine. The setting invites conviviality, the daily menu is €29 and the menu is inventive and rather ambitious: mi-cuit de langoustines et langue de boeuf confite, cœur de ris de veau en croûte de céréales, matafan aux épinards, asperges grillées en gremolata, and the inevitable crème brûlée à l'absinthe for dessert (but you can also try the "pommes et morilles" glace caramel). Pleasant service, well-stocked wine cellar at low prices.
