Although Jacky Ribault is now in Vincennes, he has retained his restaurant on Rue Amelot, entrusting its management to Lorenzo de Girolamo. The chef ensures continuity with his superb technique, preserving the restaurant’s unique character. The dishes reflect the same impressive creativity as ever, to be discovered on hidden menus ranging from €70 to €250. Well-stocked wine cellar.
