This is one of Carnac's finest hotels, located right next to the megalithic alignments and offering real comfort to its clientele, with its spa and beautiful rooms. The restaurant completes your stay with market-fresh cuisine: scallops with Viking salt, parsnip purée, leek whistles and noilly prat sauce, roasted st. Pierre, fish fumet with squid ink, wakame pickles with lemon and butternut, filet of beef Rossini, pavlova combawa, mandarin mousse, Swiss meringue and citrus fruit.
