This has been the big revelation in the Pévèle region in recent years, spearheaded by the passionate and independent Mickaël Braure. His restaurant breathes new life into the bistro spirit with top-quality ingredients and impeccable execution, allowing diners to rediscover familiar flavors. On the menu: shrimp croquettes, cod fish & chips, a lovely plate of sweetbreads, Licques-style poultry with Maroilles cheese, pork cheek prepared carbonade-style, and even ch’tiramisu. The staff is friendly and welcoming.
