It's a charming mill a few hundred meters from the English Channel, nestled in a small valley open to the riches of the land. Along with the fish of the coast, the other subject of the plates doesn't grow far from the tables, cultivated by Emmanuel, the brother of chef Pierre Bonnefont. This beautiful period building has been modestly renovated, with bay windows opening onto the surrounding countryside, fields of flowers and a small pond. Here, you'll discover a fine eco-responsible cuisine, with a seasonal menu on the slate, constantly changing according to new arrivals. A warm welcome.
