Following the passing of its founder and owner, Bertrand Grébaut, the restaurant remains as unique as ever—undoubtedly a bistro, with original concepts and an atmosphere that’s as laid-back as ever, where you can discover the very best Paris has to offer in this category. The restaurant features a secret menu, with dishes that change with the seasons and the chef’s inspiration, starting at €85 for lunch and €135 for dinner. The wine cellar is exceptionally well-curated.
