Located in a small village near the A38, this Summus is a spot that defies first impressions, hiding a contemporary kitchen behind the facade of this old house! It’s a chic brasserie designed by Charles Do Vale; where you can enjoy a casserole of scallops with lime, a medium-rare bluefin tuna steak with sesame and leek fondue, a duck breast with sweet potato purée and raspberry sauce, or a pear poached in red wine. Good service.
