In the square of this village on the banks of the Marne, we find Sylvain Suty, comfortably installed in his house with its white and orange walls, which surround a reputable bistronomic table. The €39 menu delivers on its promise, with a regressive and very French onion tart, morels in yellow wine and parmesan, cod with Champagne lentils, crispy gnocchi and fish stock, and a generous beef parmentier with red wine and pan-fried foie gras escalope.
